Citizens' Assembly: Registration Form

By completing this form, you are applying to participate in the first Citizens' Assembly of the City of Esch-sur-Alzette. Registration is reserved for individuals who have received an invitation letter. The personal access code required for registration is provided in this letter.

The form only takes a few minutes to complete. You will be asked to:

• provide your contact details;
• confirm your availability for the entire project;
• accept the Code of Ethics of the Citizens' Assembly.

At the end of the registration period, 40 participants will be selected. Those selected will be contacted in mid-March.
