Hoplr - pronounced "hopler" - is a Belgian initiative founded in 2014 by Jennick Scheerlinck and Jonas Heirwegh based on a social vision and conviction. In contrast to increasing individualisation and globalisation, Hoplr focuses on local community building. This is how we connect people with each other and with their environment.
